Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to tuition paid for Connectifynet courses. This website does not process payments; refunds are handled against the invoice or receipt issued when you enrolled.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the enrollment confirmation date if you have completed no more than one graded exercise and have not received a memo review.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds are available within the 14-day window under the conditions above. After day 14, or after a memo review is delivered, refunds are generally partial: we deduct a proportional fee for modules unlocked (minimum 25% of tuition) and any coach hours already scheduled.

Non-refundable items

Custom dataset preparation fees, on-site workshop travel costs, and third-party exam vouchers (if bundled by special agreement) are non-refundable once work has started or vouchers have been issued.

Refund process

Email contact@connectifynet.digital with subject line “Refund request,” your full name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask which modules you accessed.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of approval. Banking networks may take additional time to post the credit.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Wire transfers may be refunded by wire to the same account; card payments return to the card used.

Cancellation

You may cancel access at any time; cancellation alone does not create a refund outside the rules above. Team seats under Portfolio Audit may be reassigned within the same company during the access window instead of cancelled.

Exceptions

If Connectifynet cancels a live session included in your tier without offering a recording or reschedule within 30 days, you may request a partial credit for that session. Statutory rights that cannot be waived under Taiwan(China) consumer law remain available.
